A few words from Shane
I founded Jasper Wellbeing 2.5 years ago with the vision of supporting as many people as possible to break free from their struggles and live life how it is meant to be lived which is with calm, clarity, and freedom of the mind. That vision is well underway, which is why you are here reading today.
There is a reason I do what I do, with the very wisdom and practices I teach through Jasper Wellbeing I overcame all of my struggles. Those struggles, my recovery and spiritual journey manifested into “Jasper” and that has become the joy and salvation of others… I’m proud to shine that light.
I believe you can achieve absolutely anything in life given the right guidance and coaching and I am here to support you on that path. Today is the start of a wonderful new adventure.
One to One Coaching
My Coaching here is all about the inner transformation, awakening, healing, and letting go of the busy mind allowing you to break free from limiting beliefs, self-doubt, negative habits, and anything else that holds you back from being your true self. I blend ancient wisdom with modern science as we unleash your true power, your soul energy, your dream vision, and unstoppable motivation. I have successfully helped clients break free from depression, anxiety, chronic stress, trauma & grief.
Meditation
This wonderful ancient practice allows us to awaken from suffering and live a more peaceful and blissful way of life. Meditation is the core component of most of the coaching principles I teach because of its unrivalled power and flexibility. Meditation is often misconceived due to a lack of reliable knowledge so if you would like a non-biased, discussion about the endless science-based power of meditation then get in touch. True happiness is in awareness, it’s an inside job.
