Pro-actions is a network of business coaches with expertise in helping business owners achieve their objectives through results focused coaching and support.
Pro-actions' purpose is to help SMEs achieve profitable growth, navigate through tricky situations and install a sense of work-life balance. I pride myself on providing the help you need to work out what you want from your business and then help you make it happen.

Goals
Firstly, I need to find out why you are in business, and what you want from your life. To run a business properly you need clear goals so that your business is your servant and not your master.
Governance
Understanding your business and how it is run. I will sit down with you and get to know your business, working through the various functions in a structured manner. The challenges, the pain points and the things that keep you awake at night.
Strategy
I’ll review with you what your existing strategy is – and if it’s not clear, I’ll help you build one.
Delivering any strategy relies upon the core of every business: marketing and sales, cash and profit. We will work on all of these areas to improve them as needed.
Making it happen
As with all things, execution’s the key – which is where my hands-on approach really makes a difference.
I will help you to put all of this into practice and make sure your focus is on the important decisions that that your results are highlighting.
