My aim is to help you to create positive change in your life. Hypnosis is a powerful tool that can be used to achieve this, and there is a substantial and growing body of empirical evidence that supports hypnosis as being effective in achieving this. Clinical hypnosis can be used to change the way that your mind may respond in an automatic (and sometimes unhelpful) manner. A better, more effective response can then be 'conditioned in' and this can be very liberating - allowing you to focus on the important things in your life more effectively. Hypnosis can be used to manage anxiety, including specific fears and phobias, as well as helping to overcome unwanted habits and behaviours such as smoking, over eating, nail biting and can also help with managing chronic pain and self esteem issues. Hypnosis has been approved by the British Medical Association since 1955.
