Exciting new housing development for Woking approved
Panning application by Evolution to build 371 new homes on land north of Moor Lane, Westfield has been agreed. The site, commonly known as the Moor Lane housing development, will be developed by Evolution, a consortium between Kier Project Investment and Thames Valley Housing, to create 371 family homes, of which 224 will be affordable, with the remaining 147 homes for private sale.
