Living Planet Centre laid bare at LA21 AGM

As WWF-UK's Living Planet Centre nears completion, Woking LA21 invites you to 'The Living Planet Centre: Inside Out', a fascinating presentation uncovering the new state-of-the art eco-friendly building, on Wednesday 25 September 2013 at the H.G. Wells Conference and Events Centre.

The free to attend event will provide an opportunity for attendees to discover more about the high-tech building - its purpose, environmentally intelligent design and features, public access and educational facilities - from Richard Bartlett, Sustainability Manager at Wilmot Dixon.

Joining Richard will be Anthony Field, leading WWF campaign specialist with over 13 years' experience, who will share WWF-UK's vision to tackle the many serious environmental challenges facing our planet and some of its current campaigns.

The Woking Local Action 21 Group was set up to tackle environmental, social and economic issues at a local level. It works closely with Woking Borough Council to make sure that they are helping everyone towards a sustainable, improved quality of life, now and in the future.

The event is free to attend and will be held at 7.30pm, Wednesday 25 September 2013 at the H.G. Wells Conference and Events Centre. No need to book, simply turn up on the evening.
