Curchod & Co LLP are pleased to announce the merger with Richard Davey Associates, an established chartered surveying practice based in Woking, Surrey.
The merger further strengthens our position in Surrey and we will continue to operate Richard Davey Associates existing Woking office. The amalgamation will also enable Curchod & Co LLP, based in Weybridge, Surrey, to support and expand the Woking office's established commercial property expertise with our broad range of commercial agency, property management, surveying and construction services.
The combination of both firms experience and knowledge of the Weybridge and Woking markets will enable us to provide a more comprehensive surveying service to our existing and future clients.
As with all important business decisions we will work closely with clients, partners and employees to make the integration process as smooth as possible. Curchod & Co LLP is now commencing that process with Richard Davey Associates, who will operate under the banner of "Curchod & Co LLP with Richard Davey Associates" and with the same contact details within Woking. Richard Davey FRICS will combine his present role at the Woking office with his new position as a Consultant at Curchod & Co LLP.
