Repropoint achieves ISO9001:2008 certification
Marking another milestone in the 39 year history of the company, Repropoint are extremely pleased and proud to announce ISO9001:2008 certification.
The certification is an internationally recognised standard which helps assure that customers continue to receive the very best in quality and service from Repropoint for the production and supply of printed materials, including exhibition and display materials at the Woking head Office.
ISO 9001 is based on 8 core Principles they are ; Customer focus, Leadership, Involvement of people, Process approach, System approach to management, Continual improvement, Factual approach to decision making, Mutually beneficial supplier relationships. Focus on these principles has inspired positive change throughout Repropoint.
Chairman, Mike Webb commented, "Working towards 9001 has been quite a challenge, but pretty quickly we saw the benefits. We are looking at every process in our organisation and asking "is there a better way?" By asking our customers, suppliers and staff to contribute the answers, we are able to make improvements that benefit our customers and ourselves. Small changes have a big impact, from adding an extra check box in our workflow management software to designing bespoke customer templates for specific products, these type of improvements have a positive impact on how we operate our business and enhance our customer's experience "
