EM3 Female Business Leaders Development Programme Relaunched
Enterprise M3 Growth Hub has relaunched its popular Female Business Leaders Development Programme.
The comprehensive development programme is free and offers the opportunity to grow your business through a series of collaborative, confidential and inclusive, online workshops in small groups of other female business leaders.
Led by an experienced industry expert Kathryn Eade, your group will meet regularly as part of an 18-hour innovative and exciting programme of action learning.
Through the Female Business Leaders Programme, you will:
- Invest time in working ‘on’ the business, not ‘in’ the business
- Take time to pause, reflect and focus
- Build a trusted network of local, like-minded, female business leader contacts to support you now and in the future
- Develop your Leadership skills as a business owner/leader
- Be inspired by how other people are growing their businesses
- Have the opportunity to discuss your business challenges; recognise and act on new
- opportunities
- Help your business develop, thrive, and grow in 2022
Female business owners and senior manager of SMEs, in any sector are eligible to register for this programme if their business has been operating for a year or more and employs at least two employees (full-time or part-time).
Places are strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
